For our Customer Service Department in Belluno - Alpago (Italy), we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (fulltime)

Do you want to work for an international company where you will be the first point of contact for our Italian customers and where no single day will be the same? Do you enjoy providing sales support and working in a dynamic environment? Then you are the person we are looking for to join our Customer Service team. In this role you will report to the Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities :

• Handle incoming / outgoing calls and answer e-mails
• Process orders in SAP
• Follow up and monitor orders and deliveries
• Pro-actively inform and / or approach customers about product, price, delivery times etc.
• Handle financial requests and work closely with the financial department
• Come up with solutions for complex issues and possible complaints
• Assist in preparing Data Analysis Report

Job requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training, education and experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Environment
• Experience with MS Office
• Strong Experience with MS Excel
• Enthusiastic, curious, commercial mindset and a team player
• Service oriented, a problem solver and excellent communication skills
• Flexible to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required
• Able to prioritize and work under pressure
• Preferably experience with SAP
