A leading consulting firm in Italy is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage incoming calls and customer orders. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or Bachelor's degree, with strong problem-solving abilities and fluent English. This role requires excellent customer relationship skills and previous experience in customer service. Work on a 1-year fixed-term contract is on-site only.

Our client is a major multinational company specializing in the distribution of medical supplies. In order to strengthen the internal staff, he commissioned us to search for a Customer Service Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls
• Customer Service and Orders (NSO) mail activities
• Data entry within a business management system
• Back office
• Delivery notes

Requirements

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• The ability to respond appropriately under pressure.
• Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients.
• SAP knowledge may be advantageous.
• English: advanced level, preferably fluent spoken and written

The hiring will be on a 1-year fixed-term contract. Remote work is not available.
