Job Description :

The selected candidate will be integrated into a structured environment that, in collaboration with colleagues, will primarily handle assistance and support activities for various client requests.

The products managed by the company, including life-saving drugs and biological components, require special attention and a constant, active, and precise customer service response.

Activities include :

• Customer assistance for companies, hospitals / Nursing Homes, and direct patients.
• Order and shipment management
• Handling returns and warehouse support
• Scheduling pickup requests
• Daily use of internal management software to monitor shipments

Requirements :

• High school diploma;
• Preferably prior experience in the transportation sector or warehouse office activities;
• Basic knowledge of English (B2);
• Good knowledge of main IT tools;
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills;
• Must own a vehicle.

Working hours : Monday - Friday 09 : 00-18 : 00
