Responsibilities :

  • New customer contact : Handle initial inquiries, assist customers with their first steps, and pass on acquired knowledge to the sales team for further support.
  • Customer support : Understand customer needs and requirements, coordinating between key accounts, sales management, and engineering departments.
  • Administration : Manage administrative tasks, process offers, and support sales managers in customer support activities.

Your profile :

  • Qualifications : Completed school education with a general qualification for university entrance, along with commercial and organizational skills.
  • Languages : Proficiency in Italian and German (minimum B1 level).
  • Personality : Stay attentive and detail-oriented, with a friendly and communicative manner to integrate well with the team.

The minimum salary for this position is €42,800 gross annually, based on qualifications and experience. The salary is paid over 14 months and includes a guaranteed bonus, with additional performance-based bonuses after completing the trainee programme.
