Responsibilities :

  • New customer contact: Receive initial inquiries and assist customers with their first steps. Pass on gained know-how to the sales team for further support.
  • Customer support: Understand customer needs and requirements, coordinating between key accounts, sales management, and engineering.
  • Administration: Handle administrative tasks, process offers, and support sales managers in customer support.

Your profile :

  • Qualifications: Completed school education with a general qualification for university entrance, along with commercial and organizational skills.
  • Languages: Fluency in Italian and German (minimum B1 level).
  • Personality: Always aware of the situation, attentive to details, friendly, and communicative, with the ability to integrate quickly into the team.

The minimum gross annual salary for this position is €42,800, paid in 14 monthly installments plus a guaranteed bonus. Post-training, a performance-based bonus is also available.
