Responsibilities:

  • Handling new customer contacts: Receive initial inquiries and assist customers with their first steps, passing on know-how to the sales team for further support.
  • Customer support: Understand customer needs and coordinate between key accounts, sales management, and engineering departments.
  • Administration: Manage administrative tasks, process offers, and support sales managers in customer relations.

Your profile:

  • Qualifications: Completed school education with a general qualification for university entrance, along with commercial and organizational skills.
  • Languages: Fluency in Italian and German (minimum B1 level).
  • Personality: Detail-oriented, proactive, friendly, and communicative, with the ability to quickly integrate into the team.

The minimum salary for this position is €42,800 gross annually, based on qualifications and experience, paid in 14 monthly installments plus a guaranteed bonus. Upon completing the trainee programme, a performance-based bonus is also available.
