In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, understand their needs, and perform administrative functions. A proficiency in Italian and minimum B1 level German are essential. The minimum salary for this position, depending on qualifications and experience, is €42,800 gross annually, paid in 14 monthly installments plus a guaranteed bonus. Upon completing the trainee programme, a performance-based bonus is also offered.
