Responsibilities :

  • Initiate contact with new customers: Handle initial inquiries and assist customers in their first steps, passing on know-how to the sales team for further support.
  • Customer support: Understand customer needs and coordinate between key accounts, sales management, and engineering departments.
  • Administration: Manage administrative tasks, process offers, and support sales managers in customer relations.

Your profile :

  • Qualifications: Completed school education with a general qualification for university entrance, along with commercial and organizational skills.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Italian and German (minimum B1 level).
  • Personality: Able to stay composed and attentive to details; friendly and communicative to integrate well with the team.

The minimum salary for this position is €42,800 gross annually, depending on qualifications and experience. This includes 14 monthly salaries and a guaranteed bonus, with additional performance-based bonuses after the trainee programme.
