Job Opportunity: Customer Service Logistico

We are seeking a Customer Service Logistico for an important construction sector company operating worldwide.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage commercial orders using dedicated software, ensuring data accuracy, material availability, and production timelines.
  2. Gather logistical and transportation data, propose solutions to optimize loading and ensure timely delivery.
  3. Provide customer support by updating order statuses, processing modifications, and addressing product or service issues.
  4. Assist front-office operations, organize activities, and coordinate with couriers as needed.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferred
  • Good command of English is a plus
  • Availability to cover reception duties during specific shifts (06:00-15:00 or 10:00-18:00, Monday to Friday)

Location: Vidalengo di Caravaggio

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00, with flexibility for shifts as needed.

Contract: Initial 6-8 months temporary contract, with potential for extension based on seniority.

Salary: E1, RAL €26,800.
