As a Team Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of our customer service team, ensuring that performance metrics are met through motivation, coaching, and accountability. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead a talented team of call center associates, guiding them to achieve excellence every day.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring that performance metrics are met.
  • Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential.
  • Motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and meet performance goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate contact methods to ensure effective monitoring and evaluation.

Requirements :

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in both German and Italian languages.
  • Flexible worker open to working rotating hours and days.
