• University Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience within the Investment Funds industry (Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Depositary, Management Company, Corporate Services, AIFM or Asset Servicing environment).
• Practical understanding of investment fund structures including UCITS and/or AIFs.
• Experience interacting with fund stakeholders such as Fund Accountants, Transfer Agents, Depositaries, Auditors, Legal Advisors and Investment Managers.
• Familiarity with fund lifecycle events, governance processes, client onboarding and service delivery within a regulated financial environment.
• Working knowledge of Luxembourg fund structures, corporate governance and investment products.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written communication), Fluent in Italian (verbal and written communication); any other language is considered an asset.
• This position is intended for professionals at Officer level with approximately 2-4 years of relevant industry experience seeking further development within the asset servicing sector.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact for a dedicated client portfolio.
• Monitor day-to-day delivery of fund administration, corporate and governance services for assigned fund structures.
• Coordinate operational matters related to investment funds with transfer agents, depositaries, fund accountants, management companies, AIFMs, auditors and legal advisors.
• Ensure client requests are assessed considering regulatory, operational and fund governance requirements.
• Support fund launches, restructurings, liquidations and material client change requests.
• Responsible for understanding client products, requirements and handling all matters with a proactive approach to ensure constant client satisfaction.
• Responsible for developing and cultivate long-term relationships with our clients.
• Coordination with internal and external parties (custodian banks, legal advisers, AIFM, investment manager, auditors, distribution partners etc.) in order to deliver quality service on time as per client's expectations.
• Facilitate the flow of any information requested by internal teams or clients promptly and smoothly.
• Active participation in the new client onboarding process and client change requests.
• Assistance and taking ownership in internal projects representing the interest of our clients.
• Participation in the organization of Board and shareholder meetings and resolutions.

INVESTMENT FUND CLIENT LEADER SENIOR OFFICER - CDI

The Client Leader Officer acts as the primary coordination point for a portfolio of investment fund clients, ensuring the effective delivery of fund administration and corporate services. The role requires a solid understanding of investment fund structures, fund operations and service provider interactions within the asset servicing industry

She/he is responsible for delivering high-quality service to assigned investment fund clients and coordinating the timely execution of client requests and operational matters.

The Client Leader Officer focuses on service excellence and long-term client satisfaction. This role includes the following responsibilities:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as first point of contact for a dedicated client portfolio
• Monitor day-to-day delivery of fund administration, corporate and governance services for assigned fund structures.
• Coordinate operational matters related to investment funds with transfer agents, depositaries, fund accountants, management companies, AIFMs, auditors and legal advisors.
• Ensure client requests are assessed considering regulatory, operational and fund governance requirements.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:

• University Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience
• Mandatory: 2-4 years of experience within the Investment Funds industry (Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Depositary, Management Company, Corporate Services, AIFM or Asset Servicing environment
• Practical understanding of investment fund structures including UCITS and/or Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).
• Experience interacting with fund stakeholders such as Fund Accountants, Transfer Agents, Depositaries, Auditors, Legal Advisors and Investment Managers.
• Familiarity with fund lifecycle events, governance processes, client onboarding and service delivery within a regulated financial environment
• Working knowledge of Luxembourg fund structures, corporate governance and investment products
• Fluent in English (verbal and written communication), Fluent in Italian (verbal and written communication); any other language is considered an asset
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, any knowledge of PE systems would be an advantage
• This position is intended for professionals at Officer level with approximately 2-4 years of relevant industry experience seeking further development within the asset servicing sector
