Job Description

Gi Group S.p.A., in collaboration with a leading client in the Contact Center sector, is seeking candidates for the position of Customer Service Inbound & Back Office - Lingua Fiaminga e Francese.

The selected individuals will be part of a team responsible for inbound telephone customer service and back-office activities, managing information and complaints from fleet services managers of companies renting vehicles for internal staff.

Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of Fiaminga and French languages
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer tools, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
Offer
  • Pre-employment training course with scheduled hours from 9:00 to 18:00, with daily meal vouchers worth €5.29 and a reimbursement of €3.50 for expenses, provided upon attendance. The course is part of the selection process and does not involve costs for the candidate.
  • Temporary agency contract for 3 months, renewable
  • Part-time schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00
  • Salary classification: Level III CCNL Telecomunicazioni
