Job Description:
Gi Group S.p.A. is seeking candidates for a role within a leading Contact Center client company:
- Position: Customer Service Inbound & Back Office - Lingua Fiaminga e Francese
- Responsibilities: Providing customer service via inbound calls and back office tasks, managing information and complaints from fleet services managers of companies renting vehicles for their staff.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Fiaminga and French languages
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using IT tools, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
Offer:
- Pre-employment training course with a schedule from 9:00 to 18:00, including daily meal vouchers worth €5.29 and a reimbursement of €3.50
- Temporary agency contract for 3 months, extendable
- Part-time schedule: 20 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00
- Salary level: III level CCNL Telecomunicazioni
