Company Description

Synergie Italia Spa, an employment agency, branch in Rome Appia, is seeking for a leading company in the contact center/customer care sector.

Position

The selected candidates will join a dynamic and stimulating environment with over thirty years of experience in customer care. They will handle a major project in the TELCO area, providing telephone assistance to residential and business clients.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Providing telephone, email, and chat support to residential and business customers;
  • Administrative assistance related to payments, overdue bills, and invoices;
  • Payment verification and invoice checks;
  • Managing service suspensions and reactivation requests;
  • Following up with clients for support on activation, payment, billing, or overdue issues;
  • Resolving administrative problems;
  • General back-office activities and document control;
  • Providing telephone consultancy for information requests or problem resolution in the sector.

Requirements

The ideal candidates possess:

  • Previous experience in a contact center environment;
  • Experience in inbound customer service projects is preferred;
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with Office applications;
  • Willingness to use IT applications;
  • Availability for part-time work on rotating shifts;
  • Immediate availability for employment.

Applicants without prior customer care experience but with excellent PC and software skills are also encouraged to apply. The profile is completed by proactivity, problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, and teamwork attitude.

Additional Information

We offer:

  • Direct employment contract lasting 6 months with the possibility of permanent hiring;
  • Level 2 CCNL Telecomunicazioni;
  • Part-time schedule: 30 hours/week on shifts from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 and 21:00, with two weekly days off on a rotating basis;
  • Work location: Rome, Villa Pamphili area.
