Job Opportunity: Customer Service Import Fiera

Adecco Italia Spa is seeking a Customer Service Import Fiera for a client operating in the event services sector.

The main responsibility of this role is to manage incoming shipments, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to deadlines and client requests.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor incoming shipments (tracking containers, aircraft, trucks)
2. Verify import documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.)
3. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs, and warehouses
4. Communicate with clients and resolve issues

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Knowledge of English
• Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Driver's license and own vehicle
• Availability for travel within Italy and abroad

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in economic disciplines or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in shipping and logistics
