CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPORT - part-time

Synergie Italia Spa, a multinational company active since 1941 in the manufacturing of standard rubber and plastic components for the mechanical industry, is seeking a:

Customer Service Export - Part-Time

Position Responsibilities:

  • Entering and maintaining orders in the company information system;
  • Monitoring order progress and coordinating with couriers for shipment status;
  • Issuing invoices and export documentation (declarations, shipping documents);
  • Providing pre- and post-sale customer assistance;
  • Interfacing with internal departments: shipping, production planning, accounting, quality, technical sales, technical office.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma;
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service, car, or back-office sales roles;
  • Fluent knowledge of English (C1/C2);
  • Knowledge of a second language at B2 level (preferably French or German);
  • Knowledge of SAP (preferred but not mandatory).

Additional Information:

  • Working hours: Part-time (25/30 hours per week), Monday to Friday;
  • Initial temporary employment with the possibility of permanent placement; Industry contract level E, gross monthly salary €2,067.07 for full-time, plus internal cafeteria, production bonus, attendance bonus, and corporate welfare;
  • Location: Monza (MB).
