Descrizione del lavoro

Job Description

The resource will be placed within the Customer Service Department and will follow the customer from the issue of the order until delivery, coordinating with various internal departments to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage and monitor orders for the area of responsibility until their execution, with support from Logistics.
  2. Respond promptly to customer questions using different channels.
  3. Manage customer complaints or problems in coordination with Quality Control and Logistics.
  4. Send certifications and product data sheets as requested, in coordination with the R&D Department.
  5. Regularly compile and share sales statistics.
Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience, even minimal, in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in linguistics, economics, or related fields.
  • Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of French or Spanish is preferable; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
  • Excellent proficiency in the Office package, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage.
  • Availability to make non-frequent transfers (every 3-4 years).
  • Attributes: dynamism, good organization, open-mindedness, ability to work well in a team, and strong interpersonal skills to manage periods of high workload.

A fixed-term contract is offered.
