TBO.COM, an international award-winning travel tech organization, is looking for a top talent Operation FIT Specialist in the Travel Industry to join our team.

Job Description:
  1. Operational handling of online reservations for Hotels, Flights, Car rental, Transfers, etc.
  2. Coordinate offline requests with internal departments.
  3. Handle bookings/cases with last-minute and on-spot challenges to solve problems.
  4. Receive incoming calls to assist travel agents using the platform and manage reservations with special requests.
  5. Negotiate customer needs with suppliers and individuals, making outgoing calls to find and agree on the best resolutions.
  6. Handle complex cases while coordinating with multiple stakeholders, demonstrating creative thinking and results orientation.
  7. Operate multiple online systems simultaneously, providing excellent service to travel agents.
  8. Resolve operational and administrative cases/tasks from start to finish.
Qualifications:
  • Service-oriented personality with high communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Independent, self-motivated, patient, and goal-oriented with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently by activating all resources.
  • Experience working B2B with travel agents or industry professionals.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, systems, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to work night shifts, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to work as a Consultant (VAT) is a plus.
