JOB DESCRIPTION:

Flight Customer Service Representative

The role involves providing support to customers via various online channels, ensuring high-quality service and meeting their needs. It requires working closely with the customer service team to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints via email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally.
  • Learn procedures and standards through hands-on experience with guidance from senior team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in written and spoken Spanish, English, and Italian.
  • Fully office-based in Rimini.
  • Knowledge of at least one GDS booking system (AMADEUS, GALILEO, or SABRE) is an advantage.
