Apply now for the position of Customer Service Engineer for Puglia and Basilicataregions , and you will be responsible to install, configure and maintain Healthcare Diagnostic equipment with reference to Nuclear Medicine and Magnetic Resonance (MR) within the designated area.

Your role :

  • You will have a customer’s face to face relationship.
  • You will ensure complete execution of all preventive and corrective maintenance on the assigned assets.
  • You will work with Project Managers and Application Specialists to successfully implement complex solutions.
  • You will interact with the Customer Care Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of the issues.
  • You will report in a timely manner all potential issue to the dedicated Complaint Unit

Your expertise :

  • At least 3 years of experience in similar positions
  • Resident in Puglia or Basilicata.
  • Degree in Electronic Engineering or high school diploma in Electronics.
  • Digital Healthcare general knowledge.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Windows, Excel, Word knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area and across Italy as needed.
  • Availability to travel mainly in South Italy, occasionally in other Regions and abroad.
