Main responsibilities:

• Analysis of customer requests and feedback
• Analysis of project and plant documentation
• Collection and processing of operational data related to units/plants in operation
• Preparation of reports, presentations, and technical/operational notes for clients and internal use, including follow-up

Your profile

About you:

• Deep knowledge of technology and plant engineering
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Engineering degree (Chemical or Mechanical)
• At least 3 years of proven experience in customer service roles in similar companies
• Availability to travel abroad (typically outside the EU) for approximately 6-8 weeks per year, non-consecutively
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
