Main responsibilities:
- Analysis of customer requests and feedback
- Analysis of project and plant documentation
- Collection and processing of operational data related to units/plants in operation
- Preparation of reports, presentations, and technical/operational notes for clients and internal use, including follow-up
Your profile
About you:
- Deep knowledge of technology and plant engineering
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Engineering degree (Chemical or Mechanical)
- At least 3 years of proven experience in customer service roles in similar companies
- Availability to travel abroad (typically outside the EU) for approximately 6-8 weeks per year, non-consecutively
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
