Job Description:

The selected candidate will be part of the Customer Service Department and will report to the Department Manager. Their main technical and commercial responsibilities will include:

  • Managing various technical administrative processes such as sales quotations, preparation of tender documentation, handling non-conformities, complaints, and technical requests.
  • Improving the level of service provided to customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with various internal teams, including sales, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Attending customer and internal meetings to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers and external sales staff.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Fluent English is mandatory
  • Experience working with distributors and channel partners in a global or multicultural environment
  • Good knowledge of ERP, CRM, and other related tools
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and supply chain management
  • Strong customer and market orientation, excellent problem-solving skills, solution-focused approach, result-driven, disciplined, tenacious, and self-motivated. Able to work independently and in a team. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships.

We offer:

Permanent direct employment contract – National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for Metalworking Industry – Gross annual salary between €35,000 and €40,000, including a welfare and benefits package.
