Customer Service Employee (m/f/d)

Location: Milan

Your role:

1. You will be assigned to look after a defined customer base.
2. You will increase and maintain client relationships through telephone support together with your external sales colleagues.
3. You will clarify orders and complaints.
4. You will use your sales talent and excellent communication skills.

Your qualifications:

• You have customer service experience, ideally in the electronics industry with a component distributor or an electronics component manufacturer.
• You are a good team player and have strong interpersonal skills.
• You possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• You have a good command of Microsoft Office and are fluent in English.
