Our client is a major international company specializing in luxury fashion and accessories, providing customer service solutions for corporate clients.

To strengthen the Customer Service team, we are entrusted with the selection of:

Customer Care Agents with fluent French and English

The candidate we wish to meet is a high school graduate or university graduate who is fluent in French and English.

Preferred qualifications include diplomas from linguistic high schools, technical institutes, or a degree in languages.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Customer assistance on third-party accounts
• Use of chat, webmail
• Telephone support

Work hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday (with Saturday mornings scheduled as per shift)

Location: Milan City Center

Knowledge of English and French is essential.
