Un'importante azienda nel settore dell'occhialeria di lusso cerca un Customer Service con conoscenza dell'inglese in categoria protetta. Il candidato gestirà gli ordini e assisterà i clienti, lavorando a stretto contatto con il team vendite. Offriamo un contratto diretto e un salario competitivo fino a €37,000, oltre a ticket pasto.

For an important client, we are seeking:

CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH ENGLISH, PROTECTED CATEGORY

The context and role:

The candidate will join a leading company specializing in designing, manufacturing, and selling luxury and high-end eyewear in the luxury and sport & lifestyle segments.

Within the Milan customer service team and reporting directly to the Sales Support Manager Italy, the candidate will be responsible for managing the cash flow of the assigned client portfolio efficiently and accurately for the Italian market, collaborating with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to sales policies.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Order processing: from entry into the management system, managing delivery flows by coordinating with planning, logistics, the client, and acting as the first contact for questions/issues, monitoring open orders, creating item request files, and processing orders.
  • Handling customer complaints related to product defects, delivery errors, damages during shipment, or losses.
  • Preparing reports related to sales and clients.
  • Implementing and improving procedures, processes, and systems related to customer service.
  • Participating in sales-related activities and projects.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree
  • At least 12 months of experience in customer service or back-office sales, preferably in structured, international environments.
  • Good computer skills, especially in Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-oriented attitude, effective communication, and proactivity.

Location and Working Hours:

Milan, Palestro/Montenapoleone area. Full-time, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of remote work one day per week.

Contract Offer:

Direct employment with a salary up to €37,000 + €7 tickets.
