Customer Service with Italian and Protected Category

The role and context:

The selected candidate will join a leading company in designing, manufacturing, and marketing luxury and high-end eyewear in the Luxury and Sport & Lifestyle segments. Reporting to the Sales Support Manager Italy, the role involves managing cash flow for the assigned client portfolio, collaborating with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service, and adhering to sales policies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Order processing: entry into the system, managing delivery flows, coordinating with logistics, clients, and planning, monitoring open orders, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Handling customer complaints related to product defects, delivery errors, damages, or losses.
  • Preparing sales and client reports.
  • Implementing and improving customer service procedures, processes, and systems.
  • Participating in sales-related activities and projects.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree
  • At least 12 months experience in customer service or back office sales, preferably in structured international companies.
  • Good computer skills, especially in Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-oriented, proactive communication.

Location and hours:

Milan, Palestro/Montenapoleone area. Full-time, Monday to Friday, with remote work possibility one day per week.

Contract offer:

Direct hiring, RAL up to 37K + tickets.
