You will handle customer inquiries, manage order entries, and coordinate financial matters while ensuring smooth product delivery. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Economics or Business Management and has experience in customer service within an international company. You should possess strong problem-solving skills, numerical proficiency, and teamwork abilities.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Answering customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery, and invoicing status
  • Entering sales orders into the ERP system, gathering daily weight confirmations from Retailers, and finalizing orders (per invoice)
  • Tracking products through the supply chain to ensure delivery at their destination
  • Monitoring inventory in third-party warehouses
  • Coordinating payments with Regional Treasury and Credit Control Office
  • Supporting monthly stock reconciliation

Qualifications / Experience :

  • Sensitivity to finance and fiscal matters (VAT, Inventory)
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, email management, and accounting software / ERP
