Volotea is seeking a Customer Service Agent at Olbia Airport for a fixed-term position from July to September. You will ensure a high-quality passenger experience by assisting with check-in, managing queues, and addressing traveler inquiries. Ideal candidates will have exceptional communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in airport operations or passenger service.

Hello! We are Volotea, the airline of small and mid-sized cities in Europe.

As a Customer Service Agent at Volotea, you will play a vital role in shaping the passenger experience. Working in a dynamic airport environment, you will handle challenges with professionalism, collaborate with a dedicated team, and ensure every traveler receives attentive and high-quality service, making their journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Relevant job information :

Location : Olbia Airport

Fixed term position. Period July – End ofSeptember

Work schedule : Friday to Monday - 8 hours per day (flexible hours based on flight operations).

How will it be to work with us?

  • Assist passengers at check-in by managing queues, providing a warm welcome, and guiding them through check-in and baggage drop-off.
  • Respond to passenger inquiries and concerns with professionalism, recording feedback to improve service quality.
  • Ensure a smooth boarding process by managing queues, assisting with procedures (especially Priority Boarding), and offering clear guidance.
  • Support passengers during overbooking or flight disruptions, ensuring they feel informed and cared for.
  • Stay up to date with airline policies, regulations, and procedures to maintain compliance and deliver a seamless experience.

What will make you succeed in this position :

  • Exceptional communication skills and customer service mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm in fast-paced or challenging situations.
  • Intermediate English and advanced French (Italian and German are a plus).
  • Previous experience in airport operations or passenger customer service is preferred.
