You are our contact person and consultant agent for any questions our Italian customers and patients might have during their aligner treatment.

You reply to requests from our customers by phone, mail, and through social media (i.e., Facebook and Instagram).

You are outcome-oriented and customer-focused, supporting our customers in making the right decisions.

You receive feedback from our customers with an open mind and, together with your team, actively strive to improve our structures.

You cultivate relations with our customers and achieve customer satisfaction by creating the ideal customer journey.

Your Skills

• You have previous experience in customer service, retail, hotel business, or catering.
• You are humorous, easygoing, and a team player. You keep your cool even in hectic situations and want to elevate our service.
• You are reliable and work very organized.
• You are fluent in Italian and have good skills in English.
