A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Supply Chain & Customer Service Administrator to manage supply chain processes from product receipt to Order-to-Cash cycle. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain and at least two years of experience in a similar role, ensuring timely product availability and high customer service levels. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required.

Competenze

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with reporting tools and systems/data affinity.
  • Excellent knowledge of GDP.

  • Manage product deliveries and stock to ensure timely availability of goods.
  • Handle customer inquiries and orders accurately and promptly.

Overview

The Supply Chain & Customer Service Administrator plays an operational role in managing the local end-to-end supply chain processes—from product receipt to the Order-to-Cash cycle. The role ensures seamless logistics execution, inventory control, customer service, and financial transaction handling. The administrator works closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain product availability, resolve operational issues, and support continuous process improvements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage product deliveries and stock to ensure timely availability of goods and continuous improvement in operational performance, enabling uninterrupted fulfillment of customer demand.
  • Handle customer inquiries and orders accurately and promptly in compliance with commercial and regulatory agreements to maintain a high level of service.
  • Pursue timely payments of invoices and address payment arrears, while effectively processing and handling complaints.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Experience with reporting tools and systems/data affinity.
  • Solid knowledge of Supply Chain & Customer Service practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of GDP.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with SAP, especially SD and MM modules.
  • Willingness to work on project-based tasks and collaborate independently on projects.
