Summary of the Role

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected.

For our Customer Service team, we are looking for a graduate in languages or economics with fluency in English and German for a training internship with recruitment purposes.

The candidate will collaborate and be trained in the management of the customer management and support process, from order entry to the activities leading to the final shipment, interfacing with the administrative, logistical and technical areas.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of English and German are mandatory qualifications.
2. Knowledge of office package, Excel, and PowerPoint are preferred requirements.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required.

Placement through Training Internship with reimbursement of expenses and aimed at placement.
