Customer Satisfaction & Quality Continuous Improvement Manager, Conselve
Job Description:

Manage the Process/Continuous Improvement program within the global Cooling business.

Work with leadership to develop strategies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.

Roll out prevention strategies based on lessons learned.

Collaborate with related functions to ensure methods/processes deliver expected benefits to customers and the business.

Coordinate implementation of changes and monitor their sustainability and robustness.

Coach teams to foster a motivated organization that embodies quality and process improvement culture.

Share and replicate best practices in continuous improvement.

Network with the Continuous Improvement community regularly.

Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or Lean Expert/Master preferred.
  • 8+ years experience in Quality, Continuous Improvement, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
