Loacker is looking for an enthusiastic manager committed to customer satisfaction, people leadership, and passionate about improvements.

You will be responsible for developing, continuously improving, and delivering high standards of customer and sales support, working with a team that cares about our international partners worldwide.

Your Tasks

  • Empower and engage the Customer & Sales Support team (9 people)
  • Deliver excellent services
  • Manage relationships with international distribution partners
  • Strategically develop processes and technology to achieve key service outcomes, driving change and digitalization
  • Finalize automation of order-to-cash operations and activate the inside sales team
  • Support and implement long-term projects
  • Ensure transparent and efficient information flow between external and internal customers
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement projects
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile

  • Ideally 5-10 years of professional experience in customer service
  • Leadership, management skills, enthusiasm, and positive attitude
  • Hands-on mentality with high goal- and output-orientation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Experience in an international business environment, capable of handling different cultures
  • Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels and functions
  • Computer skills including MS Office, SAP, CRM (preferably Dynamics), SharePoint, and BI
  • Language skills: Fluent English required; German or Italian is a plus
