Manager / Team Leader

Loacker is seeking an enthusiastic manager committed to customer satisfaction, team leadership, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Empower and engage the Customer & Sales Support team (9 members).
  2. Deliver excellent services and manage relationships with international distribution partners.
  3. Strategically develop processes and technology to achieve key service outcomes, driving change and digitalization.
  4. Finalize automation of order-to-cash operations and activate the inside sales team.
  5. Support and implement long-term projects.
  6. Ensure transparent and efficient information flow between external and internal customers.
  7. Identify and lead continuous improvement projects.
  8. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Profile:

  • 5-10 years of professional experience in customer service (preferred).
  • Leadership, management skills, enthusiasm, and positive attitude.
  • Hands-on mentality with goal- and output-oriented approach.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in international business environments and cultural sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, CRM (preferably Dynamics), SharePoint, and BILanguage skills: Fluent English required; German or Italian is a plus.
