We are looking for a professional to join the CRM Dept. as Customer Relationship Specialist, reporting to the Customer Relationship Team Leader and supporting the team in enhancing and executing the marketing automation and tactical campaigns in the post-booking phase.

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform marketing automation activities including, but not limited to, designing, scheduling, testing, and deployment of one-shot, recurring, triggered and dynamic campaigns.
  • Build and deploy email campaigns: editing, verifying copy, layout, links and dynamic content.
  • Review campaign performance with the team to continuously evolve and improve campaign results.
  • Report key metrics to internal stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution.

Qualifications, Experience And Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in campaign management and guest engagement;
  • Good knowledge of oral and written English and at least one additional European language (Italian, Portuguese, German, Spanish and French);
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word etc.);
  • Familiarity with specific Marketing Automation tools (e.g. Marketo, AJO, Braze, Salesforce Marketing cloud) is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
  • Background in Digital Marketing or CRM is preferred;
  • Self-motivated; ability to work proactively with other team members;
  • Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
