Main activities:

  • Handle customer support requests by ensuring timely, high-quality assistance through maintenance activities and follow-ups.
  • Actively plans and supports external sales force activities.
  • Maintain and update the company CRM, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Act as liaison between internal departments to ensure efficient workflow coordination.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and overall business success by supporting cross-functional initiatives.
