We are looking for a Customer Performance & Growth Manager (EMEA), based in Milan, to accelerate hiring success across EMEA by transforming how employers run online recruitment.

The Opportunity

Are you passionate about helping clients succeed, scaling impact through data, and building long‑term relationships? At Jobrapido, we’re redefining how recruitment marketing is delivered in a fragmented market. As our Customer Performance & Growth Manager (EMEA), you’ll sit at the intersection of sales, campaign execution, and client growth – shaping hiring outcomes for some of the most ambitious employers in the region.

Your Mission

You’ll own the post‑sale client experience: onboarding, consulting, growing accounts, and ensuring long‑term satisfaction. You’ll help clients get the best out of our performance‑driven recruitment solutions and act as their strategic partner, always two steps ahead.

What will you be doing?
  • Be the trusted partner to our clients, managing relationships from onboarding to renewal.
  • Translate hiring goals into effective campaign strategies using our tech, data, and team.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts via upsell and cross‑sell.
  • Provide insights & consulting backed by campaign data, hiring metrics, and funnel performance.
  • Support Sales in the pre‑sales process with market benchmarks and solution alignment.
  • Train & onboard new customers with the help of product and delivery teams.
  • Deliver QBRs and performance reporting that reinforce value and drive renewals.
  • Collaborate across teams to improve customer experience and business growth.
About You
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management in Adtech, Digital Media, SaaS, or recruitment tech.
  • Data‑literate: confident using campaign data, Excel, dashboards, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts and driving upsells / cross‑sells.
  • Strong communication and consultative skills.
  • Dutch & English proficiency, German is a plus.
  • Comfortable in a flexible, fast‑paced environment.
Bonus Points
  • Experience with ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or programmatic tools.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with hiring funnels, CPQA / CPA models, or job advertising platforms.
