As a dynamic player in the evolving mobility system, Electrip aims to enhance the electric vehicle ecosystem and promote sustainable transportation through nature-friendly travel experiences and end-to-end solutions.

Electrip Italy has been established to pursue activities and projects related to electrical vehicle charging station sales, installation, and operation abroad through its subsidiaries. We are seeking a Customer Operations Specialist for our Electrip Italy team.

Role Description

Due to the continuous growth of our customer base, we are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to join our Customer & Partner Operations team. The role involves handling B2B and B2C omnichannel customer care activities, managing all types of customer inquiries with a proactive and resolutive approach. Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a positive, flexible, and innovative mindset, as you will be involved in various activities and challenges amid the company's rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer requests proactively and effectively;
  • Report technical or complex issues to the relevant department and follow up until resolution;
  • Handle call center tickets (second-level support);
  • Support daily call center activities and assist in organizing training sessions or workshops;
  • Manage community activities and online reviews (e.g., Google reviews, app reviews);
  • Prepare reports and monitor KPIs;
  • Assist in implementing CRM systems;
  • Oversee the shipping of RFID cards and data entry into our CSMS portal;
  • Support customer-oriented marketing activities, such as newsletter management;
  • Assist with back-office activities like invoice processing.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in customer-related roles;
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Foreign Languages, or similar fields;
  • Native Italian speaker;
  • Good command of English (level B2/C1);
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, adaptable to different channels;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems and SAP or similar ERP systems;
  • Basic understanding of consumer rights, product warranties, and relevant legislation (e.g., Consumer Code);
  • Ability to work precisely and punctually, respecting deadlines;
  • Team-oriented and adaptable, capable of managing diverse tasks collaboratively.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in fast-paced environments within electric mobility, energy, or related sectors;
  • Knowledge of legal, accounting, or financial issues;
  • Experience in community or social media management;
  • Ability to utilize AI tools professionally.
