Customer Operations Coordinator

The Customer Operations Coordinator is responsible for their team members/employees and works closely with their team, serving as the point of reference for all related issues.

The Customer Operations department manages clients from order placement through delivery coordination to after-sales service—both personally and through their team. Responsibilities include checking orders for quality, quantity, prices, and delivery dates, and tracking their status until final delivery.

As the main daily contact for customers, the Coordinator manages retailer requests, involving the appropriate organizational units for resolution. Additionally, as part of the Sales organization, they are responsible for developing and increasing sales opportunities.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Lead annual appraisals, set goals with the Customer Operations Manager, motivate employees, plan vacations and assignments, and coordinate tasks.
  • Collect feedback and opinions from the team, filter and report them to the Customer Operations Manager.
  • Enter order and client data into the ERP system.
  • Serve as the contact person for clients and Sales Representatives regarding orders, availability, and order status.
  • Collaborate with logistics, Credit Management, and Sales departments regarding deliveries and client requests.
  • Handle claims and information requests from clients, consumers, and distributors.
  • Be the primary daily contact for retailers before and after sales, managing their requests and involving the appropriate organizational units.
  • Support the Customer Operations team with expert advice on Quintet, B2B service Portal, Navision/ERP, EDI, Block/Optional Orders, and Sales Evaluation optimization.
  • Assist dealers with product information and explanations.
Profile
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Background in a sales-driven company/department is advantageous.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in intercultural environments with an open-minded and flexible attitude.
  • Active mountaineering and ski touring experience is a plus.
