A leading hotel technology provider is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to ensure successful activation and implementation of its products. You'll manage training sessions and act as the main contact for new clients in Italy. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and fluent in both Italian and English. Ensure successful activation and implementation of D-Edge Suite products following detailed guidelines and checklists in respect of the SLA. Guide and animate training sessions for D-EDGE customers. After the Sales Manager, be the first contact for new hotels, understanding client needs and providing the best services.
