A leading hotel technology provider is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to ensure successful activation and implementation of its products. You'll manage training sessions and act as the main contact for new clients in Italy. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and fluent in both Italian and English. YOUR SCOPE

Ensure successful activation and implementation of D-Edge Suite products following detailed guidelines and checklists in respect of the SLA. Guide and animate training sessions for D-EDGE customers. After the Sales Manager, be the first contact for new hotels, understanding client needs and providing the best services.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :

  • Set up products included in the contract for the hotel
  • Ensure processes are followed for smooth activation and implementation
  • Follow the onboarding journey
  • Collect all necessary information from Account Manager/Sales and the client for proper product configuration
  • Record and update all activation and implementation tasks and statuses into Salesforce CRM
  • Log tickets properly in Salesforce CRM for issues encountered during activation and implementation
  • Keep up with D-EDGE product and feature evolutions
  • Manage online or on-site training
  • Understand and analyze customer needs
