- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and e-mail
- Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly
- Maintain strong professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times
- Work towards reaching targets set out by the client statement of work as well as internal targets
- Answer customer inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues they face
- Follow standard diagnostic procedures, focusing on handling the most frequently asked questions effectively
- Turn every customer into a satisfied customer!
