Adecco, in partnership with a leading international operator in the regulated gaming sector active in Italy, is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage affiliated points of sale (tobacco shops, bars, betting shops);
2. Explain the services offered via app to potential customers;
3. Assist customers with downloading and registering on the app;
4. Help customers make their first bet, enabling access to attractive bonuses.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in promoting services or products is preferred;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities;
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts from Monday to Saturday;
• Knowledge of IT tools, especially app usage.

Offer:

• Fixed-term contract of 6+6 months with strong prospects for long-term employment;
• Level V of the CCNL Commerce, with 14 monthly payments;
• Full-time, 40 hours per week, on shifts from Monday to Saturday (6 days a week);
• Variable incentive bonuses of significant interest;
• Meal vouchers worth €8;
• Initial and ongoing training;
