Una compagnia internazionale di servizi cerca un Customer Experience Specialist ad Asti. Il candidato gestirà i punti vendita affiliati e supporterà i clienti nell'uso dell'app per giochi. Richiesta esperienza, ottime capacità comunicative e disponibilità a lavorare su turni. Offriamo un contratto a tempo determinato di 6+6 mesi con possibilità di impiego a lungo termine, formazione continua, e buoni pasto.

• Spiegare i servizi offerti tramite l'app ai potenziali clienti.
• Supportare i clienti nella registrazione sull'app.

Adecco, one of the leading international operators in the regulated gaming sector active in Italy, is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist.

The selected candidate will:

1. Manage the company's affiliated points of sale (tobacco shops, bars, betting shops);
2. Explain the services offered via the app to potential customers;
3. Support customers in downloading and registering on the app;
4. Assist with the first game, enabling access to attractive bonuses.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in promoting services or products is preferred;
• Excellent communication and relational skills;
• Customer orientation and problem-solving skills;
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts from Monday to Saturday;
• Knowledge of IT tools, especially app usage.

Offer:

• 6+6 months fixed-term contract with potential for long-term employment;
• Level V of the CCNL Commerce with 14 monthly payments;
• Full-time 40 hours/week on shifts from Monday to Saturday (6 days a week);
• Variable incentive bonuses of significant interest;
• Meal vouchers worth €8;
• Initial and ongoing training.
