Adecco, in partnership with one of the leading international operators in the regulated gaming sector active in Italy, is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee affiliated retail points of sale (tobacco shops, bars, lottery outlets);
2. Explain the services offered via the app to potential customers;
3. Assist customers with downloading and registering on the app;
4. Help customers make their first bet, enabling access to attractive bonuses.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in promoting services or products;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities;
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts from Monday to Saturday;
• Knowledge of IT tools, particularly app usage.

Offer:

• 6+6 months fixed-term contract with strong prospects for long-term employment;
• Level V of the CCNL Commerce with 14 monthly payments;
• Full-time, 40 hours per week, on shifts from Monday to Saturday (6 days a week);
• Variable incentive bonuses of significant interest;

• Initial and ongoing training;
