Customer Experience Specialist - Monza, Monza-Brianza

Adecco Italia, a leading international operator in the regulated gaming sector in Italy, is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for Monza.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Supervising affiliated retail points (tobacconists, bars, betting shops);
  2. Explaining the app-based service to potential customers;
  3. Supporting customers with downloading and registering on the app;
  4. Assisting with initial gameplay to access attractive bonuses.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in promoting services or products;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities;
  • Flexibility and availability to work shifts from Monday to Saturday;
  • Knowledge of IT tools, especially app usage.

We offer:

  • A 6+6 month fixed-term contract with prospects for long-term employment;
  • Level V of the CCNL Commerce, with 14 monthly payments;
  • Full-time work (40 hours/week) on shifts from Monday to Saturday;
  • Variable performance incentives;
