Job Description

Adecco, for one of the leading international operators in the regulated gaming sector active in Italy, is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist.

The selected candidate will:

• Oversee affiliated retail points (tobacconists, bars, betting shops);
• Explain the services offered via app to potential customers;
• Support customers in downloading and registering;
• Assist with the first game to access attractive bonuses.

Requirements

• Previous experience in promoting services or products;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer orientation and problem-solving ability;
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts from Monday to Saturday;
• Knowledge of IT tools, especially app usage.

• 6+6 months fixed-term contract with prospects for long-term employment;
• Level V of the CCNL Commerce on 14 monthly payments;
• Full-time 40 hours/week on shifts from Monday to Saturday;
