La figura selezionata lavorerà a stretto contatto con il Manager del territorio, gestendo le vendite nei punti vendita e ottimizzando l'esperienza del cliente attraverso attività di merchandising e analisi delle performance. Il contratto iniziale è di 6 mesi, con possibilità di crescita.

Adecco, specializing in Sales & Merchandising, is seeking for a client company, a leader in the sustainable and responsible betting and gaming sector with a portfolio of globally recognized brands, to recruit:

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

In collaboration with the Area Manager, the selected candidate will operate within client retail outlets offering company products and will be responsible for:

1. Promotion and sales of various company products;
2. Managing visual merchandising activities to improve store setup and communication;
3. Analyzing store performance, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Diploma;
• Preferably previous experience in sales, promotions, or commercial activities;
• Knowledge of basic IT tools;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities;
• Strong commercial aptitude and results-oriented mindset.

Employment details:

• 6-month fixed-term contract, renewable for another 6 months, with the possibility of permanent employment with the client company and growth opportunities;
• Salary: 5th level CCNL Commercio, €1630.35 + variable bonuses and €8 meal vouchers;
• Working hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Saturday, with shifts between 09:00-11:30 and 16:00-19:30;
• Expected start date: 14/07/2025;

Location: Gaeta (Latina)

Availability: Full Time
