Position: Customer Experience Specialist

Adecco is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for a leading international operator in the regulated gaming sector in Italy. The selected candidate will:

1. Manage affiliated retail points such as tobacconists, bars, and betting shops;
2. Explain the services offered via the app to potential customers;
3. Assist customers with downloading and registering on the app;
4. Help customers make their first bet to access attractive bonuses.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in promoting services or products;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities;
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts from Monday to Saturday;
• Knowledge of IT tools, especially apps.

What We Offer:

• Fixed-term contract of 6+6 months with potential for long-term employment;
• Level V of the CCNL Commerce with 14 monthly payments;
• Full-time work (40 hours/week) on shifts from Monday to Saturday;
