Job Description:

Adecco, a leading international operator in the regulated gaming sector active in Italy, is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist.

The selected candidate will:

• Oversee affiliated retail points (tobacco shops, bars, betting shops);
• Explain the app-based service to potential customers;
• Assist customers with downloading and registering on the app;
• Help them make their first bet, enabling access to attractive bonuses.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in promoting services or products;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities;
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts from Monday to Saturday;
• Proficiency with IT tools, especially apps.

What we offer:

• 6+6 months fixed-term contract with prospects for long-term employment;
• Level V of the CCNL Commercio with 14 monthly payments;
• Full-time, 40 hours/week, shifts from Monday to Saturday (6 days a week);
