Adecco Italia - Customer Experience Specialist Bergamo

Adecco, a leading international operator in the regulated gaming sector active in Italy, is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for Bergamo.

Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise affiliated points of sale (tobacconists, bars, betting shops);
  2. Explain the services offered via the app to potential customers;
  3. Assist customers with downloading and registering on the app;
  4. Help customers make their first bet to access attractive bonuses.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in promoting services or products;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities;
  • Flexibility and availability to work shifts from Monday to Saturday;
  • Knowledge of IT tools, particularly app usage.
Offer:
  • 6+6 months fixed-term contract with potential for long-term employment;
  • V level of the CCNL Commercio with 14 monthly payments;
  • Full-time (40 hours/week) shifts from Monday to Saturday;
  • Variable incentive bonuses;
  • Meal vouchers of €8;
  • Initial and ongoing training;
